Dispatch order: solar first, then grid (to the tie limit) with spare capacity charging the BESS; on grid loss the site islands — gensets carry the base load, BESS covers the balance and transients, and non-critical load is shed if onsite supply falls short. Autonomy is dispatchable onsite energy (BESS + fuel) over current load; the resilience score blends autonomy, genset N+ redundancy, load-shed headroom and renewable fraction. Modelled on the MSAI Dundee site (gas gensets + BESS, Scotland solar profile).
